Since 2020, Hi.Stories has been working alongside the “Associazione Museo San Benedetto” in via Crociferi in Catania, offering ongoing consulting to support strategic management and cultural development. We work on communication strategy, identifying funding opportunities, decision-making support and the introduction of innovative management tools. This work, developed alongside multimedia projects and visual communication, responds to the very specific nature of the site, where cultural promotion must be carefully balanced with liturgical needs and sustainable day-to-day management.
A key focus of our consulting is cultural project design and fundraising. We analyse regional, national and European calls to identify opportunities that match the museum’s mission, and we help define project proposals that are realistic and sustainable over time. This has made it possible to launch educational and digital initiatives that expand the cultural offer and strengthen the museum’s reputation both online and offline.
We also support the association in setting up practical management tools, such as systems for monitoring visitor flows and reporting, which improve organisational efficiency and make it easier to base decisions on concrete data.
Thanks to this ongoing collaboration, the Association can maintain a long-term strategic vision, where innovation and tradition, public access and respect for the cloistered life are held together in a delicate balance that requires a mix of different skills and a deep understanding of this place.
